CLOWNERCISE is a dream fulfilling of positive, innovative play set to music. 

The dream has been decades in the making, through numerous improvisational clowning classes, and success at each of its applications. Having worked at everything else,  I am ready to throw myself into the fray.

We offer an unusual approach to fun, combining several elements into what really is participatory entertainment, that clients have loved.

We lead participants in simple and fun activities including easy warmups of stretching, balance, and movement, morphing into playful, improvisational and interpretive dance, all set to music. 

With a variety of music tailored for each occasion, and the supportive nature of the activities, every individual can shine, and lead, and have fun!
